003 ; this is kei’s fault.

I ended up taking in the cat I mentioned a few days ago. Here’s a picture.

I took that before it hid under the couch.

Do you do things slowly? It pays to be cautious with animals in general. Though she does look very friendly...

I would perhaps offer some kind of treat as well. And make sure she gets good sniffs of you.

Indeed. There are so many things she probably still worries about, and thus cannot settle in completely... but I believe in her, as I believe in you being able to take good care of her.

I assume she does not have a name yet, but giving her one may be the best. It may allow her to feel more at home--- if that makes sense.

I bet the more you call her by this name, the more likely she will become used to you.

It is a very sweet name. I am sure she will love it.

I cannot imagine any living being wishing for a cat to have a poor life.

But as long as you want her to, I have no doubt you will be successful. It may take time, so please be patient with her and yourself.

Adorable, and simple. I would rely on household items, things she may find in your living space, as it may relax her as well. Things that would become familiar in time...

Good luck, and let me know if I can ever be of assistance.
