OK, I don't normally show the stuff I get from Retrospec on the app unless it is REALLY weird (ex. the owl and the accent). But THIS! THIS IS SO COOL! IT'S A MAGIC FLYING BROOMSTICK! And it's apparently a Nimbus 2001 (no idea if that is a model number or year make) and man it is fast! Can we all just admire the the sleekness of this broom, the foot holds, and I'm pretty sure there is some kind of magical cushion so it doesn't hurt to sit on it!

Of course it can fly. I've already flown on it. It's actually quite fun to ride.

[It takes Derek about 10 minutes to fly over to his parents house. He hovers out side of Amanda's bedroom and knocks on the window. Guess who Amanda!]

[broomdance]

[ She's not even looking. She expects a prank. At first, she actually scowls and rolls her eyes- until she goes up to the window proper to open it and yell at her dear bro.

Her tone changes immediately. ]

You look ridiculous.

[blondferret]

[Derek lets his feet slip from the foot holds and he just hovers there, right out side his sister's window and STARES at her.]

Are you kidding me? I'm on a magic broomstick and all you can see is that i look ridiculous? The words that should be coming out of your mouth are "cool" and "amazing."

[broomdance]

[ She's laughing. Sorry bro. ]

You'd have to be cool and amazing first! You just-- you're so out of place, Derek.

[ Her words are interrupted with little giggles. ]

[Derek frowns. How dare his sister laugh at him! He pulls up on the broom, flies up, and then does a few loops, just to show her his newly acquired flying skills. After this third loops he flies back down and comes to a stop, hovering in front of Amanda again.]
