My eBay account got suspended.
I have not used eBay in awhile so I guess I don't know the proper protocol for someone outbidding you for a cursed doll. Cursed with either a violent curse or a child's soul. The seller didn't specify.
It is not proper etiquette to e-mail the person you were bidding against and ask them to sell it to you rather than use it for their BuzzFeed article. Or let them be aware that you were honestly hoping it had some soul trapped in it to give it to friends in the hope that it will come to life in the middle of the night to do whatever cursed dolls do.
Who knew. I thought we were both cursed doll enthusiasts.

Do you know what creepypasta is?

I didn't until Howard started to send me it at 3am in the morning.
Neat stuff.
I know when he's avoiding work too that has piled up and doing it late into the night.
So also indirectly informative stuff.

I remember one about a man sleeping in an abandoned cabin, and he thought all the paintings on the wall were really creepy
But when he woke up
They were actually windows

And oddly comforting.
Because he woke up at all.

I wouldn’t want to die that way
no subject
I should ask Howard.

Maybe they suck your soul out?

Maybe the ghosts could eviscerate people

Disemboweled them
Then like
Tossed the innards all over

I have no interest in death.
Or the final breath a person takes.
But I consider disembowelment to be part of life before it ends.
And done by a spiritual being -- or beings -- is even more interesting.

Even if you’re religious
It’s kind of terrifying
no subject
But everyone dies alone.
So we have that in common.
no subject
I guess you’re right
no subject
I'm actually in a good mood.
So I tend to get a little more dark without meaning to do so.

You don’t have to change anything for me, Shigaraki-san.

Well. There is a lot about my personality that is about as good as it is going to get now.
But that doesn't mean I shouldn't do some self reflecting now and again.
And also, you shouldn't just accept all the faults others throw at you regardless of this being a benign fault of mine.

Bad habits are bad habits, and I have quite a few.

I’m always hoping to be a better person.
One that doesn’t doubt myself as often.
no subject
Similar wording, but different meaning in practice.
no subject
Oh!
Did you end up finding another doll?
no subject
I am actually heading out to acquire it.
Though, I am certain I will end up stabbed, I have accepted this as a reasonable risk.
no subject
Well um
Be careful
And send pictures of it
I’m kind of curious
no subject
I may even record our search for it.
Actually, I think I might.
