My eBay account got suspended.
I have not used eBay in awhile so I guess I don't know the proper protocol for someone outbidding you for a cursed doll. Cursed with either a violent curse or a child's soul. The seller didn't specify.
It is not proper etiquette to e-mail the person you were bidding against and ask them to sell it to you rather than use it for their BuzzFeed article. Or let them be aware that you were honestly hoping it had some soul trapped in it to give it to friends in the hope that it will come to life in the middle of the night to do whatever cursed dolls do.
Who knew. I thought we were both cursed doll enthusiasts.

and it won't just be ridiculous horror films, either, if that's not your thing

And what are you thinking of suggesting?

I don't like comedies. My humor is what it is, and occasionally it aligns itself with others', but for the most part there is no movie that is supposed to be "humorous" that I simply do not fall asleep during.
Documentaries can hold my interest for a time, but eventually, I cease caring. It is nothing in relation to the people, but they're only giving their interpretations of events rather than letting the events speak for themselves, most of the time. I cannot come to take enjoyment in someone else's retelling of a story that is not even their own.
Horrors can be equally tiring to me. I mostly find the manner in which Catholicism treated to be an affront most of the time. But I suppose ignoring that, I find it is merely a person's desire to watch others be tortured and die in fear and broken states. I cannot say I take enjoyment out of that.
I could go on, but now you see my dilemma in watching anything.

[This is a shitpost.
But Kei will discover if he looks the the film up, it does, in fact, exist.]

I just figure, in all honesty, if you have so much trouble with things people love, maybe you should hate watch a film or two
I know people do it, like with that musical with the drag queen
the other suggestion I'd have is maybe go to one of those fancy theatres that play old black and white movies
actually, I don't know if there's one in town, but my ex was into things like that
the one we went to had a live orchestra as the soundtrack

I think I don't have it in me to do it.
I know what you mean.
But I don't hate anything, even movies that put me to sleep.
It's more of a disinterest that drives me to boredom.
Still, an ex.
I'm surprised.

I haven't seen her in several years, though

I won't ask for gory details.
But I do wonder -- your decision or hers?

she wasn't very pleased

But interesting.
It being your idea but you still missing her.

sometimes people miss others who weren't great for them
