These are adorable. If I may ask, though, what is Azuki? I do not think I have ever seen buns like these before. You said it is a savory dish? Do you have sweeter ones?

Thank you! Azuki is similar to anko and is a red bean paste. The taste is hard to describe, sort of nutty but kind of sweeter. But we have plenty of sweet treats as well, both American and Japanese. What sort of thing do you like?

My personal favorite would be the ichigo daifuku. It's a mochi cake with a whole strawberry and the middle and some anko.
