Um. A question out of curiosity, I-I suppose. If you've "received" a physical change through Retrospec, what was it? If you've received several, what is the worst one...?

[There's the sound of something falling off a table onto the floor. He lets out a shuddering sigh, his tone slightly exasperated.]

Yeah. [A pause.] Before I forget, I need someone who can go out and get some groceries for me. I'll pay you for it. I just don't feel like going outside for a while. I-I'm fine...really...............

Scars? What sorts of scars...? Big ones? Or ones you can hide? I'd prefer the latter, if I were you...

That's very kind of you. I'll pay you if you do...it never hurts to have food and such things around just in case.

They're easy enough to hide. It's just bullshit from fighting, back in the day. Sword stuff. And yeah, don't sweat it...I don't really mind doing errands. Fetch quests are relatively easy.

Sword stuff? [That's.....interesting.] Were you some kind of knight or warrior in your past life?

Knight, actually. But it was more a class than like...a vocation.

[ohrlyeh]

Hm. So did you have a kingdom to protect, or something?

[parodeity]

I had people to protect, more. Like...friends, family, loved ones. That kinda thing.

[ohrlyeh]

Ah. That's a noble reason to become a knight. Sometimes a knight doesn't need armor or a sword, you know? It's about defending the weak, promoting love, saving those in need...that sort of thing.

I mean, I think it can be whatever you make of it, yeah? And I try to make...not a complete and total mess of it.
