First off, while not the main intention of this post, I've quit Club Sunshine. My shop is now earning enough money that I can live off of that instead of having two jobs. I guess I should really thank Retrospec for giving me some of my domain back and making my shop more haunted.

I can't complain about making more money that way.

But here's what I want to ask and why I'm here:

What are your thoughts about dragons? I know we hear stories about the knight in shining armor coming to rescue the princess from the tallest tower guarded by a dragon and people generally think of them as evil.

Some people think they're good, too. You always see posts on the internet defending them.

But what would you do if you knew dragons were evil beings? No, not that. Soulless beings. I think that's the right term I'm looking for.

I need to know.

If you don't care to talk about dragons, then let's talk about pirates.

If my issue was being afraid that I'd turn into a soulless monster here in Recolle, I'd message Zee. I don't like dealing with Retrospec employees if I don't have to, but I think everyone can agree that people turning into forces of pure malevolence is bad, and if there's anyone who'd be able to suggest a workaround or a safeguard it'd be the people who sort of know what's going on.

You're absolutely right. The last thing I'd want to happen is to put everyone here in danger.

I'm sorry that you have to go through this.

If there's ever anything I can do for you, let me know, alright? You may not technically be a part of Club Sunshine anymore, but it's like Majima says. We're like family, we look out for each other.

I'll actually always think of you guys as family and I appreciate the fact I was offered a job when my schedule wasn't the most open.

If something happens, you're always welcome back. No interview necessary.

If it turns out I need the money again I'll definitely reapply.

Yeah, that's another thing to honestly be worried about.

If Club Sunshine stops being run by Majima suddenly, I might quit too. It wouldn't feel right.

I'm not going to lie. That's partially why I left.

I know he did well with me when I didn't remember things, but now that Majima's forgotten I can't deal with it.

I've been thinking about quitting for a bit since my shop has picked up revenue, but this was kind of the motivation I needed to finally rip off that band-aid.

I don't blame you for leaving, but I can't treat him like he's a different person because of something that was beyond his control. It's not fair to him. Or anyone this happens to.

Like I said, I had planned on quitting. It wasn't like his going back to a normal person was the reason I quit altogether.

He's still a friend of mine and I still intend to keep in touch.

That's good to hear. I know too many people who more or less cut ties when someone forgets, or say they can't imagine how you keep up a friendship.

People didn't cut ties with me when I forgot temporarily, so I won't cut ties with them for a petty reason like that.

You have good friends.

I do and I'm very grateful for them.

Good. Retrospec memory loss or not, I won't let anyone get away with not appreciating Majima properly.

Here on this good earth, Majima is the hardest worker I know.

And on bad earths it's more contested?
