6/9 - Being Up Way to Late Leads to Questionable Decisions
Yogi Perowna
6/09 near Enprise So, I know it's pretty late, and I don't know if anyone else will be up, but - anyways, I know one of the things we can to help the city is to talk about our dreams or nightmares with someone else.
And lately I've been having a weird dream. A scary dream. I don't really know what to do about it. If someone is willing to talk about it with me, I'll return the favor, of course - listening, that is. Not sure how much help I would be at analyzing.
I can meet somewhere too, if that helps. Cause yeah, I guess talking through this could get kind of awkward. Just DM me, and we can figure it out.
Thanks in advance.

well, that's...one hell of a bad dream. to someone who isn't a violent maniac, that would indeed be unsettling. ]
Are you sure it isn't a glimpse into your past life? The ones that suddenly appear in our memories.
[ no one wants to acknowledge failure, especially of such magnitude, but in this case, it is what it is. his sympathy is as small as always; to akutagawa, yogi's shortcoming, fatal as it might have been, should have no bearing on who he is currently. that's how it should be, right? ]

I had thought that. I think it probably is, to be honest. I guess the things I always thought I was holding before in that weird routine I remembered were swords.

Without further visions or memories, it's impossible to understand the context of the situation. Regardless, if you're currently someone who wouldn't fail to save people he cares about, then that memory isn't a reflection on you.

I don't know that I was failing the person I was with. But I was failing the people around us. It was just - there so so many of them. I would cut one down and another would take its place, like some sort of weird shadow hydra.

I see... And you don't know why you were there in the first place, do you?

The monsters? No. But they didn't seem to have any coordination. They were just running rampant.
