So hypothetically, if you're an atheist (no judgement on people who aren't! ♥) and then learn your magic is the result of divine intervention, does that change things for you?

I happen to be in Enprise, so they can count as a debate!

Oooooor~! I might wander around and anyone can try to steal some coins [ inserted image of twenty weird coins ] from me if they can find me! I was a priness in another life and I'm the only staff member of the Stone Pegasus Casino left in town, so I count as double rich, maybe? Either way, it might be fun to see how daring people can get!

[He takes a map out and looks at it, does some map work based on what he assumes about her

1) probably fast
2) can and will fight...with at least one blade
3) Likes to screw around and have fun
4) Most likely Chata as that's where the "steal from the rich" task needs 2 b done

He makes his preparations...which includes: A fencing sabre he stole from his school gym, the padding from the fencing club from his school to be his "armor", some shiny coins, and a flashlight with fresh batteries...he has a VERY reckless almost downright stupid idea, which he even thinks its crazy...which means it might be crazy enough to work...he makes his way to Chata at nightfall, trying to stick to the sides of walls, making sure he is not seen at all, looking toward relatively larger areas of the district 1st...

(coughs) ummmm...wow, I mean, you think there is an universe where that happens? I must have really been lucky in THAT world then...cause...umm...reasons, like...it would be fun?

[ She's actually inside Junes right now, that new-ish department store opposite of Freshions, checking out their grocery department to see if they have anything which isn't spoiled and qualifies as Vegetarian. She was a little hungry.

That said, she responds, amazed he's still doing this (and he typed "coughs"), ]

[the small "ping" from his cell phone makes him cuss for a moment, realizing he forgot to turn his cell phone to mute, a noob mistake his thief self wouldn't forgive...his heart pounds hard, his senses almost feel heightened, but his nerves are raw as hell, never hunted for one specific mark before...He paces around, trying to stick to the shadows, he sneaks a peek around the corner...but completely forgot to check the glass displays for her...]

[Okay, I think she wants to be found...but not too easily...where is she?]

Imagining quite the ideal life are you? Fun...Money...is there a perfect white picket fence in the country side too? or is that too much? :P

I'm not sure that would suit me in the first place!

[ That said, her phone is on silent and also in her hand. Well, her right (biological) hand, with her left (prosthetic) at her side. That does mean she can't draw her rapier at he moment, which lies at her waist. She has a purse over her left shoulder, and presumably the coins are in there.

That said, unless that ping was near the food court at Junes, not like she'd hear it! ]

Okay then, ummmm...you tell me what your thinking it would be like....

[He turns around that corner...and doesn't pay attention to the sign that says "Junes" and quickly tries to go to the other side of said wall...assuming she is outside....unfortunately, the handle of the sabre could be observed from the window if one where to look there...and its shaking...for a couple of seconds as he moves, body trembling with anticipation, a metallic rattling sound can be heard]

[ Ah, there's some sound. That doesn't necessarily mean someone is hunting her, but she opts not to take the chips she was planning on, instead stepping calmly into Junes's main pathways through the different sections of it. Trying to locate who or where that was...

But she will still reply, ]

[Suddenly realizing he just pasted a store that he forgot to check, he takes a very quick peek through the main window, hand trying to steady the sabre...his hands though are shaky so the rattle persists for several seconds more before he gets down and texts back....the sabre sticking up as he sits to text]

Not one for the suburbs...but if I'm a big winner though, and we R supposedly married....

[He takes another peek and notices her in one of the main pathways....He grabs the sabre out, the metallic rumbles dramatically louder now and hits the door rather loudly, hoping to lure her out...he then quickly runs to the safety of the corner, head peeked out]

[ Oh it does lure her out...

Sort of.

She puts her phone back into her purse with a light toss, draws the rapier and...

Heads further into the store, away from the entrance. Towards the electronics department. She just needs to evade him after all! ]

[He waits patiently for a while, then gets impatient, without thinking, he goes through the front door, crouched down, opening the door ever so softly, as to not make a sound...then quickly makes a stealth run to a shelf to avoid dectection...the bell however...kinda ruins it]

[ So he's in the store now...

Okay. She'll keep herself quietly as possible behind the shelf here at the section near the old radios. Why is this even here? ]

[Every instinct in his body objected to hunting, he was a thief after all, not a hunter, he looks around for anything he could use, sabre out he keeps looking around, heading toward the food section...instinctively thinking for a moment that he needed to refill his stash of food...and maybe she is snacking...mocking him in her thoughts, though his heart pounded ridiculously hard, he is able to barley keep the sabre steady, his footsteps are getting heavier, and breathing as well]

You know secure in her position... ]

[ Let's see if that'll make them jump. It might reveal where she is by the sound of her tapping out the letters (and did mean she needed to gently put the rapier on the shelf) but worth it, maybe. ]

[A vib of a cell phone is heard, and he takes a wild slashing swing behind him a slight sound of metal cutting air can be heard, the very soft tapping, that...that couldn't be her? TEXTING!? He tip toes toward the sound...and grabs one coin, and tosses it toward some radios one shelf behind the rapier, while making a quick dash toward it, tucked down he runs toward it, trying to make it to either the rapier itself, or to a hiding spot...but if she were to peek right now, he would be spoted]

[ A few things happen all at once here. First, she drops her own cell phone, back into the purse. Second, she stands in a quick motion, having been apparently discovered. And third, with her right (biological, the other is a prosthetic) arm she reaches out to grab the small rapier again, just to be ready. So yes, she might notice him, but that's her immediate instinct.

The coins to steal, presumably, are in the purse, especially given the sound of there being many small stone and/or jade-ish objects in there. ]

[He starts to run toward her and dashes just to the side of the aisle, and tosses a coin, aimed at her general direction, purposefully high to hopefully divert her attention toward it, his eyes look at her, frantically and sees the purse, he is coiling his legs to prepare to jump right at the purse]

[ . . . Bah, he's too close. He's too close and there's no way she can risk her blade powers here. She doesn't have enough confidence in not genuinely hurting the younger man. As such, while she is distracted, when she realizes why she was, she doesn't use her powers, instead skidding back a step and trying to use her left arm to block the open top of the purse. ]

[He jumps, and throws the sabre toward the other side of the aisle mid jump!(he is kinda off though, it hits the shelf instead) Using his entire body toward one tackle, aimed at the purse, though one arm being slightly closer to the shelf then he thought..., knocks a radio out of the shelf, which, alters his course slightly, more toward her, rather then the purse he originally aimed for..he might accidentally tackle her! though his left arm still reaches toward the purse anyway]

[ Well she needs to drop the rapier then too! These are dangerous, you know, this thing is sharp and while she miht remember it and has the muscles to show for it, she's not a master swordsman. And this guy had already said he didn't have powers, right? So they are going down with a tackle, the jeweled little sword on her end going to the ground as she yelps in some surprise at the sabre on his end.

That said, if they're going down...

She has a lot of leg strength and strength in her right arm (upper body strength is limited because the output on her prosthetic left arm is limited) so she'll at least try to flip them over to give herself better leverage. But there is that opening on the purse. ]
