So hypothetically, if you're an atheist (no judgement on people who aren't! ♥) and then learn your magic is the result of divine intervention, does that change things for you?

I happen to be in Enprise, so they can count as a debate!

Oooooor~! I might wander around and anyone can try to steal some coins [ inserted image of twenty weird coins ] from me if they can find me! I was a priness in another life and I'm the only staff member of the Stone Pegasus Casino left in town, so I count as double rich, maybe? Either way, it might be fun to see how daring people can get!

[ Feel free to respond with like action stuff about trying to find her, or have threads lead into that. she's being vague on purpose and moving around. ]

[ She's too competitive (and that tackle hurt) to really let it go immediately, but she grins even more, taking the coins back and putting them in the purse. And then with an exhale she's going to roll up the sleeve on her left arm to make sure the prosthetic is still firmly in place. ]

No, no, you did well! I didn't see most of that coming, it was bold! ... Dangerous, but bold!

[He looks away, eyes shut tight, almost as if expecting to get smacked]

I'm not about to hurt someone over something like this.

[ She says it simply, but the fact is true: she wouldn't turn her blade on the kid, or even more to the point, she wouldn't make use of her actual power. Still, once she's confirmed that the arm is in place, she holds up her right, stretching out her index finger, and spins it in the air, causing scalpel-sized crystal blades to swirl into existence, orbiting her spinning finger ]

These are way too dangerous.

[He opens one eye cautiously, then opens both of them up and sees the blades and is awe struck]

They...they are beautiful...

[His eyes follow the blades orbiting her finger, and almost looks like a child looking at a Christmas tree for the 1st time]

Yeah, swords are dangerous...but they can be elegant...swift, sleek, light...and with some practice, blade and body are an extension of each other....

[ Wow. She giggles at that, and closes her finger, causing the blades to shatter into what might as well be stardust. ]

Thank you! It's something I'm still working on, these divine gifts of mine.

[ She rolls her right shoulder though. ]

[He is amazed when they shatter into stardust, then smiles, looking at her]

No, I'm all fine, though I admit, I'm typically running AWAY from people, not toward them, not everyone makes getting robbed into a game quite like you do!

What are those coins anyway?

I got them out of Retrospec's mailbox. I'm pretty sure they're a currency in that other world.

Yeah! There's one outside of that wafflehouse towards the middle of the city, the Wiffle Waffle? Sometimes you'll get a ticket in the mail and if you put it in there you get out something which supposedly belonged to that other you.

[He just thinks about waffles for a moment and if mabye he could steal said tickets, then he comes back to reality...]

Oh, so, its possible these are actually important to you then?

[SLIGHT bit of guilt could be heard in his voice...as he was planning on keeping coin 3 as a memory keep sake of this nite, and eventually return coin 2 incase if she thought he didn't actually steal from her...also she is actually being nice to him...]

[ I mean she will eventually notice there's less than 20, be it 19 or 17 or 18. That said, she shrugs ]

Maybe! I've not remembered anything about them yet, though.

[ She stands, and heads to where she tossed aside the rapier. She needs to collect that small, jeweled thing as well. ]

So, what are your plans for them then? Just keep em around? or just keep playing until someone steals them all?

I got them months ago, I've just sort of kept them around the apartment before now... so I guess my plans are just to keep playing this game, and whatever I still have, I have.

[ So, you know. ] I figure most people will lose.

[He laughs and then pulls out his cell phone]

Not at all, I don't have a reason to lie about that! Besides, if I was flattering you, I'd be able to do it much better.

[ It's said with a little wink, the rapier going back in the scabbard. ]

[ The glint in her red eyes honestly gives her a very impish appearance. ]

[He looks at her right in the eye and sees the impish deviousness, and grins back with a little mischief]

What else are you guilty of? Stealing hearts? Cause, come on, Im a thief but even I haven't stolen someone's heart yet

That's probably something every woman experiences eventually. .. but should you really admit so readily to being a thief?

Ummm...well crap, your not a cop are you? I haven't stolen anything since May, Thieves Honor...

[He puts his three fingers up as if he said "scout's honor"]

And Im trying really hard to change that, buutt when you basically are Aladdin for a bit, its hard to give up

I wish...I don't remember crap in the other one yet...I mean having to steal just to survive...well okay that was AFTER mom was shot but still, same diffrence
