If you could see what was going to happen, if you had the choice, it coming to you in your dreams, would you want to? I know that might seem sort of. Similar to us remembering this other life we had, but. What I mean is a little different. I mean literally seeing what is to come.

Even these dreams, these other memories of this other life, they're hard enough to deal with. I guess sometimes it might be helpful to see what was going to happen, but. It still seems difficult? Lonely? What would you choose? I don't know what I'd want. What I end up choosing, but. I guess I'll find out.

I'm just glad things seem to be back to normal? More or less. As normal as things get around here anyway. With everyone disappearing before, I mean. And I hope everyone is alright now.

[Or. As alright as things could be. All things considered, especially with the whole ordeal with Mio and Leon at least. That she knows of. She could also mention Xiaolang's birthday coming up, but that was probably better done in talking to him in private first. On what he wanted to do for it.]

Because if not, then what would be the point in knowing what is to happen?

I'm not sure if it is possible or not. Just that I would be able to see what is going to happen, through my dreams.

That sounds more like a curse than anything. What if you dream something terrible will happen?

A curse? I'm not sure. But I don't know if I could change anything. If it will happen. I guess it depends on what the other 'me' wants. If they want to see the future or not.

I'm not sure. I don't remember that much yet. Or, what her answer was at least.

If you were given the same chance again, would you take it?

I don't know. I think there's good and bad things on it? I'm not sure if I would.

I don't think I could've. Not unless it could save someone I loved.

How did you get such a power, anyhow? Do you remember?

Unless it could save someone you loved.

I was gathering these magic cards. Ones Clow-san made. But I think in this memory I was a little older? At least older than some of my other memories where I was about nine or ten. This one I was about twelve? I think.

For them I'd do anything.

Magic cards? Wait, do you mean actual magic?

I would.

But yes? Actual magic. The cards were made by a sorcerer named Clow-san.

I take it you have someone you love, then.

How fortunate you are. I don't think my past life had any magic in it.

I do. Xiaolang-kun.

What do you remember then? So far?

Good for you. It's important to be loved.

Not as much as I would like. But still, the only trace of magic that could have been there would have to be vampires. Something needs to keep them alive.

It is. You have someone too then?

Vampires? They were real? For the other 'you'?

[It takes a while for Mika to respond, and once he does his words are chosen very carefully.]

Yes. I believe so. They kept humans trapped so it would be easy to find blood.

Who? Or -- I mean. That might be a little personal. Especially if you might not have told them yet?

But that's awful. It makes sense, with vampires needing blood, but still.

I presume you didn't have any vampires in your world, then. Did you have some other kind of monsters?

Well. I hope if you tell them one day, that you'll both be happy.

But. No? I mean, there's the cards, but they're more. Like spirits? And I don't think I'd call Kero-chan a monster. Even in his True Form.
