If you could see what was going to happen, if you had the choice, it coming to you in your dreams, would you want to? I know that might seem sort of. Similar to us remembering this other life we had, but. What I mean is a little different. I mean literally seeing what is to come.

Even these dreams, these other memories of this other life, they're hard enough to deal with. I guess sometimes it might be helpful to see what was going to happen, but. It still seems difficult? Lonely? What would you choose? I don't know what I'd want. What I end up choosing, but. I guess I'll find out.

I'm just glad things seem to be back to normal? More or less. As normal as things get around here anyway. With everyone disappearing before, I mean. And I hope everyone is alright now.

[Or. As alright as things could be. All things considered, especially with the whole ordeal with Mio and Leon at least. That she knows of. She could also mention Xiaolang's birthday coming up, but that was probably better done in talking to him in private first. On what he wanted to do for it.]

I guess it'd be really cool, but probably pretty hard. I mean, what if you still couldn't prevent it?

I don't know if I could prevent or change it. Just that I could see it.

That's pretty tough... What would be the point of the power if you can't use it to save people?

Maybe to at least warn others, but. I'm not sure if that might make a difference or not. If I could change things or not in the end.

It might not even be something I need to worry about, but. Even the possibility is. Hm, not scary? More. Unnerving, I guess?

I don't know what about Retrospec isn't creepy when you think about it hard enough.

It. A little. Yes. I guess I'm just used to it? After almost a year now.

Between this and the weird dreams going on -- wait, are you getting those, too? Or just the future kind? I wonder hat they're for. Hope we're not stuck hopeless with those either. If we're gonna save the worlds, we should be able to do something about what we're seeing.

I might get dreams from the future. I haven't had any yet. Just remembered that I might. Depending on what the other me decides.

But I have been having strange dreams too.

What do you mean? What the other you decides?

It is something she has to choose. Whether or not she wants the ability to see what is going to happen or not.

...Yeah, that might be nice. Though I don't know if it'd be good. If anyone could just choose whether they wanted their powers, we might end up with mostly the wrong people getting them.

The wrong people?

People who are in it for the glory, not actually trying to protect people.

Oh. I hadn't thought of that.

Maybe I'm just overthinking it. Sorry.

No. It could be I'm not thinking on it enough too. I just hadn't considered that, with all our powers. Especially with that time those without the app were...hostile about it.

Yeah, a lot of kids got shoved down the stairs then... I'm kinda scared what they'd think if they knew more.

Down the stairs? Were they okay? I just remember some people seeming scared of my magic when they saw me.

Sometimes. A couple got shoved in lockers, too. It's pretty awful.

In lockers? Were they able to get out?
