Except he's had that same look for about a zillion years.
And it's always been kind of hobo-ish.
It is SO time for an update.

Mostly it was brought on by my uncle's complete inability to listen to good fashion advice.

There are some combinations that no one can wear well.
Old goth coat, pinstripe pants, raggedy hat and grandma scarf is one of those.
