Obviously. Losing some organs can kill a person. Like a heart, for example. But it's alright if you lose some other ones. Like a kidney or part of the liver. You can survive without eyes as well for example but it can make things troublesome to lose both of them.

1. Why would you assume it's a fatal one? If I had a memory of it I would have had to live long enough to experience it and call me weird but I think "losing an organ" would take a backseat to "dying"
