[ So, we're finally back in the normal world. You think that after a month in some weird virtual place, you’d return with skepticism and caution, trying to take things easy and slow. However, you completely underestimate how dumb some college students can be so here we are, Naegi holding his phone to record Ishida about to do the cinnamon challenge (hello, 2014). ]

[ Naegi wants to be a good friend. Good friends should help out each other! But maybe good friends should also stop their dumb friends from killing themselves???? Hmmmm ]

Of course! A challenge is a challenge and I’m not going to back down from one, especially when they sent me a very official text about it!

[Because getting a text from a random asshole student is very official… but Ishida saw the challenge in those words and he’s not about to let his manliness come into question! It also probably doesn’t help that he recently remembered the sauna battle with Mondo…]

If you insist… Uh, I’ll be… here if you need me…

[ He’s got 911 predialed on his phone, he’s ready to go (but really, he has prepared himself with two bottles of water which is probably a more realistic solution than calling an ambulance). ]

[ So with his usual vigor and his eyes blazing, he takes hold of his spoonful of cinnamon and just. Puts it in his mouth without any sort of hesitation or regret… although, that regret is soon coming as Ishida begins to cough and gag, the flames instantly disappearing from his eyes as they’re replaced by tears. His hair turns to black before he falls out of sight from the camera, although continued coughing can be heard.]

K-K-Kiyotaka--!! H-Hang on--!!

[ Naegi immediately lowers his phone to go rush over to the possibly dead Ishida and that’s PROBABLY THE END OF THIS VIDEO but hey, at least there’ll be a fun text update a few minutes later… ]

So… Kiyotaka is going to be out for the rest of the day… If anyone is a nurse or doctor, please let me know if it's okay if he just stays on the floor and at what point I should take him to the hospital...

Also, he’s asking anyone in his classes to please send him notes so he doesn’t fall behind in class. Thanks in advance.

Your friend deserves to choke and die for doing something so stupid. What did either of you think was going to happen? Accepting a challenge is only admirable if it's realistic and has a purpose. What honor can you possibly gain from the cinnamon challenge?
