I need help.
I just tried to leave my house to go to school and my vision suddenly... just POOF. Gone. Everything went black. Like someone blindfolded me, but there was nothing there. I managed to get back inside and it stopped. Which is how I'm able to type this.
It happened yesterday as well, and from what I can tell... it just happens when I'm outside. If I'm inside, I can see. So... until this stops (I REALLY HOPE IT STOPS, BECAUSE I CANNOT THINK OF HOW TO EXPLAIN THIS TO A DOCTOR. SITUATIONAL VISION LOSS?) I need some help getting around.
Starting with getting to school in the next 30 minutes.

It does feel like there's something over my eyes when I can't see.
[it'd be nice if she knew why and how this was happening though]
I'll do that though, stick with someone when I'm outside. There's no way I'd be able to make my way around the city right now. And I'll let you know if I need those lessons. Are you blind yourself?

Have been most of my life. With practice you'll find your other senses provide a lot more information than expected.
[ Not to his current degree but the point stands. ]

If there is, I can't touch it. I just feel it on my face.
That's what the guy in my memory was saying. That she can use sounds and smells and how the air flows to detect what's around her. Apparently she was having trouble fighting a teleporter.

Training to sense when the teleporter would appear nearby but outside her field of vision? Makes sense. Without sight, you start to get a more 360-degree idea of where things are.

[and then he socked her in the boob, but Rinka is too embarrassed about that to mention it to anyone just yet]
Whether my vision goes back to how it was before or not... I think I want to learn how to do that myself.
