Time. A weird kind of concept, isn't it? I've been thinking about it a lot lately…this whole "time" thing, the way the map's been laid out, and how this project came into fruition.

I've been able to get a read on some stuff, and I've been transcribing notes from the company. Your app should have some new upgrades now thanks to a handful of factors none of which were my own ideas. I did the legwork, but the groundwork was provided. Thanks, you know who you are.

We're rerouting for higher security, anonymity and the chance to overlap. Which means…what…?

Here's a question for you. Where have you wanted to go more than anywhere in the worlds? A time, a place, anything like that. There's a theory about alternate timelines I might be looking into based on company research. What've we got to lose at this rate?

Strip the defenses in the past, unveil the man behind the curtain in the present, secure the future. Someone told me this kind of thing was a lot of power to trust on you guys…but isn't that all we can do now? Trust each other and test the waters.

No missions this month. I checked out everything in Respatrum and Bosuma and it seems that the people there are more self-sufficient than I anticipated which was nice. The subway's still up and running though.

Coordinates will be incoming in a few days. I'm testing them out myself to make sure they're stabilized.

Yeah, for them, fate is a chain that enslaves us all and the only way to really fight fate and win, is the destruction of everything, otherwise, your still somewhat connected to fate.

If "Father" isn't some sort of Unreality being, they probably would love Unreality if they ever find out about it.

Somewhat...I don't have memories of them directly, I only know of one guy, the other times, was Al-tharman(the cult) manipulating someone else.

As far as I can tell, they don't typically fight directly, they will get someone else to go after you for some reason or another, so no one knows who the hell they are, if the one guy who I know is a member is any indication...they have powerful destructive magic, and don't care if fighting you means slaughtering near by innocents. Death feeds darkness and choas, so, they don't care.

Anonymity by manipulating others. I think the most dangerous enemies are the ones that work that way. In some ways Vanderweele is like that. We know him by name but not who he has in his pocket or where he is now.

Yeah...I imagine it's a secret war on my world, thing is with oppenents like that, they don't even have to actievly throw their power around keeping themselves hidden.

My homeland was targeted and they used ecnomoics to hike up inflation and intrest rates, making the people starve while simotanously taking advantage of a weak king and spoiling him with a beautiful wife and the prospect of burrowing money if he would turn his people into slaves.

Since Vanderweele is an Illusionist, I worry he might use our personal weaknesses to pin us against each other rather then uniting against him at some point.

Economic and political sabbotage. Classic.

You think he'd have a spell that could specifically find our weaknesses? Did that kind of thing exist in your world?

The one guy(his name is Judar)...maybe? Derek and I went to my world and Judar saw that I had two souls and Derek had no Magoi(Magical life substance in my world, it's as essential to us has having blood)

He reacted to me having two souls(which, was news to me) and not being cursed(as if someone was supposed to curse me earlier? no idea) as something very strange, meanwhile he flipped on Derek for having No magoi since that SHOULD mean he is dead.

His eyes turned bright red when he "saw" that, I don't know what else he can see.

Something like that could let a person see other people's weaknesses?

Possibly? If he could see that I had two souls, I don't see why not he couldn't see weaknesses.

If looking at a person's sould gives away that kind of info. Who knows?

(shrugs) I doupt Judar will be coming here though...at least I hope not, he threw a hissy fit and wrecked a marketplace trying to hit Derek with an ice storm.

Derek disarmed him, then I crippled his arm, Derek put boils on his face, so he retreated saying he did his job by taking down a shield and Al-tharman declares war on Sindria.

I was supposed to be cursed apprantly, me being alive and well, pissed Judar off, worse when he saw Derek and me having two souls.

Has that happened to anyone before? Having two souls I mean.

No idea. That's the first time I've heard of two souls belonging to one person. Most stories with two souls in one body are about possession, not a single being. But who knows. What that Judar calls a soul could be different from what other people call a soul. It sounds like you have more to remember before you get an answer.

I thought at first it was referencing our other lives here and memories of the life in our worlds, but...he didn't mention that about Derek having two souls if that was the case, and it's rare, or at least uncommon enough that it would frusterate him.

Apprantly Judar is right...I just remembered that I needed to seek training in order to use both souls, one filled with light, the other dark and there is the whole "learn or die" deal there too.

The 2nd one was given to me apparently by a childhood friend. Which...yeah, there is a weird story there somewhere, since last I remember him, he was a Dark Djinn and I was fighting him.
