The swimsuit, perhaps as a joke, but the lipstick... That particular shade is jarring. It doesn't even match the swimsuit. Anyone who is going to wear that should probably invest in better makeup.

I want to say something blue to match the actual color of the swimsuit, but in truth, something that doesn't distract someone from looking AT the swimsuit would be best - a subtler nude color or pale pink or red.

You want the swimsuit to be the focal point, right?

It's a one-piece, so there's not much else I can think of. It may benefit to find a matching sarong, though. It'd help accentuate, I think.
