POST ✦ ( OLD RAZZLE DAZZLE. )
A quick question:
What are the confirmed symptoms for spontaneous combustion?
I remember reading in some books that before some people exploded into flames and died fiery horrible deaths, there were reports of seeing sparks around the person before the combustion occurred.
Is this true or not? I really need to know right now. As in ASAP as in now as in really right now.
[ ooc; ainsley has been given the subset ability of her prestidigitation - triggering a shower/rain of sparkles and glitter and stars around her when she's happy. it activated today so feel free to have your character see this happening to her in public before this post came up! ]

Ugh, scratch that, it doesn't sound too good in this context.
If that's really the case then calm down and try not to be excited or positive for your own good I guess??
[What a good advice.]

Either until I figure out how to stop this or I decided to carry a pouch full of glitter to throw to try and distract people whenever it happens.

Just don't set yourself or anyone on fire, that wouldn't be too cool.
So yeah, just chill.

[ as their first meeting proved. ] I know it's rather hopeless for me to ask this but you haven't had a chance to run across someone else who's having this problem, have you?

Good luck.
[She's going to need it, probably.]
Nope. And even if I had, I didn't notice anything wrong with them, so here's hoping that you can control that.
[He may be too optimistic here, but hey, he doesn't want her to combust in panic.]

[ it means a lot to her. it really does. everyone being so supportive and kind to her predicament, puzzling as it maybe, is touching. ] I'll try my best to try and control this! I would be a terrible role model to my students if I didn't keep my head.
I also wouldn't want this to be on the news. That'll be embarrassing to have on my future Wikipedia page.

You'd definitely make it to all newspaper headings. Future Wikipedia page, though? Aiming high, aren't you?
[That's not a bad thing, but he's a bit surprised.]

[ it at least gives them motivation to help her stop, drop, and roll if that day... ever happens... ] And as my father likes to say: Aim high for the stars than wallow in the mud. I just have to hope the page doesn't have any graphic pictures or videos. That isn't a nice thing for anyone to see when growing through the Wikipedia windfall.
