Hitori Togusa 4/2 near Recolle Police Department

If you haven't met me before, this is Officer Hitori Togusa with the RPD. I have a request, for anyone comfortable sharing them. The photos that you're being sent? Could you keep an eye out for any kind of mirror or reflective surface anywhere in the shot? If you find them, could you send them along to me? We have software the might be able to find more in the shots than you'd be able to. In addition, anyone who would like to make privacy complaints, I can only beg you to do so. We do not have a formal investigation into Retrospec at this time, but that may change if enough citizens come forwards with complaints. If you can, I'd even ask you to try to file them with people NOT on the application. I want to see if they'll notice anything wrong at that point. Speaking of, there are a number of detectives, officers, and support personnel currently on the application, but rather than naming them outright, I'll leave it up to them to offer their services to the people of Recolle. I'm not sure who has a full case load right now and who doesn't. Thank you.

Chloe Bouchard Based on experience, I will stick to spoken accounts however, as I suspect even a printed copy of the images would not be visible.
Chloe Bouchard I have seen even physical images sent by Retrospec change in the past depending on who was looking, or if I remembered something about them.

Hitori Togusa Talk to somebody else, and then come to one of us, I suspect we're all curious about whether or not anyone else will react to the images.
Hitori Togusa But from what I can tell, they can actually see the photos? I just don't know if they'll take it seriously enough to warrant an investigation.

Hitori Togusa If Retrospec has this ability to put their spying application on anyone's phone, they can't get rid of it, and now Retrospec can see everything they're doing?

Hitori Togusa I would have to ask you not to do that, just for the sheer illegality of it all. It's a telecommunications violation at the very least, not to mention a secondary privacy violation for the people involved.

Hitori Togusa Back to the books. I swear, I've gotten so much review from my pre-law courses thanks to Retrospec. Last month I had to brush up on all Recolle's age limits for weapon ownership and public carry.

Hitori Togusa Unfortunately, I haven't observed it, because no one has done it yet. If I try to bring it to the other members of the Department, directly, they can't see a thing.
Hitori Togusa I'm asking for your help, because I want to be able to do more to protect people. We would be able to get so much farther with official Department resources. But my Chief, the one person who would be able to attribute us those resources, wasn't lucky enough to get chosen here.
Hitori Togusa Since I can't just show him? We've got to find another way to convince him.
