So here's a question for people, since I didn't get to talk to a lot of people when I suddenly got a prompt from an app I never downloaded telling me to be more interesting-- what, exactly, were you doing when you first noticed you had a new app? Had you just witnessed anything strange?

This still feels a little surreal to me. If I hadn't spent several days smaller than a remote, I'd be wondering if someone was pulling an extended practical joke on me.

How long has this been going on, exactly? Because it's strange to think there was so much going on I never noticed before.

That's what it sounds like.

For whatever reason, the app is a catalyst for something, there's just a matter of figuring out what it all means, and if it's even anything we should worry about beyond all the mass stalking.

I'd say so. If this kind of app can implement such a radical change on a whim, who's to say the next time won't be something deadlier? For heaven's sake, it was a miracle no one was eaten by a rat the last time.

Apparently people were even driving buses full of children while they were only a few inches tall, and acting like it was completely normal.

It's bizarre.

Have you seen the video clips on the news where they keep cutting to shots of people when they were tiny and acting like nothing's wrong?

Yes. Bizarre is the least of it; it's downright disturbing. I'm waiting for the latest statistics on traffic accidents and theft to come out; I imagine one skyrocketed while the other plummeted.

Although-- to be honest, I'm a bit eager to see if this kind of thing happens again. I'm a fair bit more prepared this time around to survey people and see what they know (or don't).

Well, if it's happened once since we became aware of whatever this is, I guess that means it's bound to happen again.

I don't know. Maybe crows will suddenly become six feet tall, cars will be replaced by six-legged lizards, or the moon will suddenly literally be made of cheese.

Basically, what I'm saying is it's going to be weird.
