So here's a question for people, since I didn't get to talk to a lot of people when I suddenly got a prompt from an app I never downloaded telling me to be more interesting-- what, exactly, were you doing when you first noticed you had a new app? Had you just witnessed anything strange?

This still feels a little surreal to me. If I hadn't spent several days smaller than a remote, I'd be wondering if someone was pulling an extended practical joke on me.

How long has this been going on, exactly? Because it's strange to think there was so much going on I never noticed before.

Misery loves company would be a rather mean way to describe our situation. I think strength in numbers is a lot more apt and kinder.

And I also think I would have lost my cool a long time ago if it was just me. The shrinking was definitely not something I expected and it was honestly rather scary, if I can be honest.

It seems to be a 'thing' for those who aren't affected by the app. Either they think this is the norm, like the shrinking, or any noticeable changes to us are accepted no matter how strange it maybe.

So if anything ever happens to you there's no need to worry about it. They'll accept it soon enough. Like you said after all- It ends quickly.
