For those who've indicated interest in the OOC plotting post, especially those who are interested in staffing/volunteering and/or boothing/exhibiting, please look for the top-level comments I've added! I would be happy to discuss the possibility of having you on board as a staff member for the convention - as it is, right now,
based on the skill set you have described in your email, I believe you would be suited to assisting my administration and events teams during the planning stages as well as assisting in providing manpower during the actual convention itself.

Would you be available to meet sometime either today or tomorrow, preferably in the afternoon, for a quick discussion on the job scope as well as any further expectations? As far as possible, I do have a preference for meeting any potential staff members prior to their starting date.
