Thank you for your email and I apologise for the delay in replying.

I would be happy to offer you a position on the press corps for the convention if you would be interested in taking on the role. As it is, I plan to run the press corps slightly differently from the norm, and while I am looking to build a team for this project, I would be looking for someone with both photography and videography expertise.

Would you be available for a quick discussion either today or tomorrow, in the afternoon, on the expected job scope as well as my plans and how you may be able to contribute to them? I have to admit that I'm quite impressed by the portfolio you have linked and I apologise if it crosses some boundaries but I've seen your call for the anti-Retrospec photoshoot.

If it's not too short a notice, 3pm at my office in Enprise would be great. I have attached directions in this email and my receptionist will show you to my office when you arrive. I don't expect for the meeting to take too long, perhaps about 30 to 45 minutes? If you have any suggestions during our meeting, I will be happy to take them into consideration during the formation of the press corps.

Perfect. Fair warning that I am unlikely to participate in the modeling aspect of your shoot, but I would very much like to attend and see what you intend on doing.
