I'm glad for your enthusiasm. On my end, in order to kick off the preparations on the logistics side of things, please let me know by the first week of July exactly what kind of events you're doing (especially if your line up has changed from the very first email that was sent to me) and whether you have any specific requests (which days, and whether you will need any kind of specific equipment).

I'll arrange for one of my staff members to be in contact to hash out the concrete details in due course, and I will be having a briefing in the second week of July on some pre-convention housekeeping matters. I hope you'll be able to make it?
