For those who've indicated interest in the OOC plotting post, especially those who are interested in staffing/volunteering and/or boothing/exhibiting, please look for the top-level comments I've added! There's some note there so I can keep track of stuff easier, thank you /o/ Feel free to use this as a mingle, OOC questions have their own top level, and Kaiba may or may not jump in to the IC discussion if he feels like it. Thank you for your email - we are certainly pleased to provide you with a display booth for your merchandise and the mecha display.

To have enough space for the merchandise table and the mecha, we can offer you a 4ft x 8 ft space for your display, inclusive of a table and two chairs, chargeable at $280 for all four days of the con. If you require more or less space, that is also open to negotiation.

Please note that while we will be providing power sources for exhibitors (included in the rental fee), we will not be providing any table decorations.

If you have any further questions, please let me know and we can hopefully negotiate something agreeable to all parties.

Likewise. I'm always happy to talk to the people who are willing to contribute to make this event a success.

I'll have one of my accounts staff contact you by the end of the first week of July in order to provide you with the details. Cash or cheque is fine, but unfortunately, I can't quite accept cryptocurrency just yet.

The only thing I require from you at the moment, is that during the second week of July, I have a short briefing for pre-convention housekeeping matters and I hope that you and your booth partner will be able to make it for the briefing. I'll be in touch with the exact date and venue soon.
