Thank you for being forthcoming with your experience, it helps me and my staff when it comes to the allocation of manpower for the event itself. As it is, based off what you have mentioned to me in your email, I would be happy to offer you a position as a general runner and assistant - of course, if you can prove that you can handle more complex matters, I would be able to reallocate different types of work to you as and when it's necessary.

I have a free slot at 11am tomorrow morning if you are available for a morning chat. Alternatively, my calendar is open at 1pm tomorrow afternoon. I have attached directions to my offices in Enprise. When you arrive, my receptionist will show you either to my office or a meeting room.
