Okay honestly if I haven't known of you before this I would have dismissed this email as spam so I guess you could consider yourself lucky on that front.
I could always use photographers since it's a four day event and it would make sense for people to cover the event in shifts so that no one is burnt out.
Do you have a portfolio or something like that? I need to enforce minimum standards before I can say yes.

You never mentioned anything about photography to me before, of course I have to do appropriate due diligence checks.
Your portfolio isn't bad, actually, so consider your application accepted. I'll need you to come down some time to handle some of the admin work like scheduling and the like.
... Right. Will they be helping you specifically on photography or are you signing them up for more general roles?
