Mohammed Hefaz This is what I can think off the top of my head.
Mohammed Hefaz But it's important to wear light colors and a hat with a brim. Shielding your head from the sun helps prevent heat stroke, and it's more comfortable.
Mohammed Hefaz Drink cool things, but I don't recommend ice drinks. They're worse for regulating body temperature.
