Look at these! I found them in the fruit aisle today, and are they not the most beautiful shade? I swear that they taste better now too. Nothing else other than some flowers I found by the side of the road are blue, but these are again. But maybe it is changing, yes?

I'd say that it's definitely a possibility. He certainly seemed to want to take the chance to mock him.

i'm pretty sure there's been jokes about that for a while now, a couple people were even pretending to be jim and janet to finish the story themselves

better to mock them like this than give jim the attention he's obviously desperate for

You know, until I have the chance to thank him for the knives personally, I suppose you have a point. It's a laugh, and we already know that we hate him anyway, so why not enjoy the laugh.
