uh kinda sorta?
this kid hacks into a government computer and he challenges it to a game
but the game is actually like the nation's self-defense system and he almost starts a war over it
but they teach the computer about no-win scenarios to get it to call off the attack and the game they play is tic-tac-toe



there. it's a draw now no matter what move you make
