I mean I don't think think so myself given Mr. Halloway's theatrics and that I didn't start getting memories until I was signed up. and they stalked me and my son.

it's a common problem in computer programming and i would not be surprised if there were similar reasons as to why there's a troubleshooting team fixing shit they've broken whether on purpose or accidentally.
