hey, for the record we aren't keeping records on you through your electronics. they're useful tools sometimes but they're not required. mr. halloway wanted you (the people meeting at the utsuki dojos at 8pm on sundays) to know it's a nice effort but he still doesn't see any secret codes or handshakes so the meetings aren't spy-level enough to keep him happy yet. also he made me take notes on all of them. i don't really care about how spy-level they are, though.

also the technicians managed to fix some things.

As of this post, the following changes have been made to the world:
• Normal limes are available alongside the dancing variety.
• Horse-related items such as horseshoes, bridles, and feeding bags. These items will still be regarded as unusual or fake by NPCs but will be available in various locations.
• Visual media regains the color blue. This applies to all forms of film whether watching on-screen, online, or reviewing videos PCs recorded prior to the loss of color. Please note this is only videos, not pictures.
Please feel free to use this post as a network mingle. Every toplevel can be considered a new post, and threadjacking is permitted. No NPC response will be given. Usernames are the character's full real AU names, not aliases or chosen nicknames or usernames, and seemed to have filled themselves in; nothing characters do can change or obscure their names currently.

Of course we are. That is what a body is after all.

I was talking more about our surroundings.

So was I, I was saying we already live in a sci-fi movie. A really crappy one, too, since there's no robots or spaceships or flying cars.

It's just one of those sci-fi dystopia movies about surveillance states and all that crap. 1984, but with messed up presents at our doorsteps too.

I'm still waiting for my screenless computers that project holos in thin air that I can work from but no, it hasn't happened yet.

Only problem with that would be that you would have been brainwiped the moment you started making emo music.

What, VR and self-driving cars aren't good enough for you as it is?

Not if I hide it well enough. They still managed to get away with thinking their own thoughts even in 1984.

I had those since I was seven. I want something new and that I can whip out anywhere and make designs on thin air.

You do realize you aren't that good at hiding the emo, right?

Whatever you had when you were seven doesn't count as VR, that's like saying you had a smartphone in 1996 because you had a palm pilot.

And I'm not trying to hide the emo. You don't know anything about how good I am at hiding things or not.
