i have a couple questions or something to advertise i guess?
um!!

one is does anyone have any (hallucino)memories of androids or being an android or a cyborg or something like that? or could someone tell me the difference between the two because i'm not sure i know... (i'm sorry!)

two is what's your favorite flower? now that we have some blue and green back it's not as depressing to work at a flower shop!

Cyborgs vs. androids: an android is fully inorganic, a robot that's programmed to act human. A cyborg is part organic and part inorganic, so like if you took a normal person and gave them a robot arm and maybe eye lasers?

My favorite flowers are peach blossoms!

the fluff is my favorite part of dandelions, and i would always make wishes on them when i see them
especially in smaller towns than recolle, or where they don't care as much about keeping lawns neat and tidy

peach blossoms are so so pretty! the tear drop shape of the petals make them so elegant but delicate!

Pretty much! Don't feel bad about mixing them up, a lot of science fiction terms are confusing and people don't explain them properly, I have to look up some terms and I'm writing a science fiction novel right now.

I'd totally wear a peach blossom flower crown, do you have those for sale?

hehe i'll admit that i usually go to romance or fantasy when i read something so science fiction is something i haven't looked into a lot
but that's really really cool that you're a writer! are you published too?

yes!! or i can make one special just for you no problem!

I have a couple short stories in a couple magazines, but this is the first novel I've written.

I'd love to have one! Flower crowns are super cute, even if I don't think I'd wear it to work...

i used to think that the harder and faster i blew all the fluff away the better chance my wish would be granted

i'm kind of over the flower crown trend, but that one is really nice. i personally really like the Japanese plum blossoms? though the cherry blossoms are also a given, too.

oh haha it came up in a conversation with someone who's new to retrospec
they were wondering about it with how cyber security and everything must be with the app
and how someone could be like robocop or the terminator
and i said i'd poll retrospec? ta da?

An android is wholly artificial; i.e, a robot.
Technically it only refers to robots with masculine appearances; a female version would be a gynoid, but that term seems to have fallen out of favor.
A cyborg is an organic creature with mechanical/cybernetic components.

The novel I'm working on is about a guy whose planet is destroyed, so he has to go live in a completely different culture with different values. It's centering on the theme of moral relativism, with space pirates.

The short stories have been about a bunch of different stuff - magazines usually have themes for their contests, so you can't just write whatever.

Let me know when my crown is done!
