Maybe his phone just got busted and he can't get online. Where does he live? We could go check his house.

I'm chalking it up to Retrospec

as much as Mrs. Mochizuki loves him she's still a normal citizen and probably affected by induced ignorance

as for where he is, yeah, I'm really hoping he's somewhere close to the city still

I'm going to be looking for him and the other missing people soon

Horses still aren't a thing--fruits still have faces--colors are still mostly missing--and if Minako is right, then Ryoji will stay that way too. ]

Besides, the woods could be a trap too. Why else would they send you a map with that marked out?

I think some of us are hoping it'll be a clue to where the missing people are

or LEAD to a clue about where they are

but it does seem to lead pretty deep into the woods so I can't deny it might be dangerous

We're all basically entering enemy turf if we go to these map locations anyway. Any way you look at it, we're at a disadvantage.

But I'll take that risk if it helps us figure out what the hell's going on and how to get back all the missing people.
