Hi everyone. I know I've introduced myself on here before, but for those of you who don't know me, my name is Fai Lachance. I'm a social worker here in Recolle, and after I finish my masters program I'll be a licensed mental health professional.

Which brings me to my point. It's been a bad month, if not for all of us then certainly most of us. I want to again extend an offer to anyone who thinks they might want or benefit from counseling services. While again I should stress I am not yet licensed, I have practice with support groups and group therapy but I would be willing to try one-on-one counseling sessions if you would prefer to do this by yourself.

I have the next couple of weeks off of work, so I'm available most of the time if anyone would like to... make an appointment?? (Ha, I feel weird saying that!) And if anyone is interested in another support group session please let me know, we might be able to set something up.

Ah, that would be really nice of you! I have a location I used for the last support group meeting, but to be honest it needs a lot of tidying up and I can't quite manage it by myself right now.

I'll forward you the address for my building in Enprise. There's office space available, and if you send me a list of the sort of furnishings you'd like, I'll see about getting it outfitted. You're welcome to use it during normal business hours — not just for me, but for anyone who wants to utilize your services but would prefer a neutral meeting area.

And I'm...not sure, exactly. I think I'd mostly just like to have someone to talk to.

I hardly think it's too much when it's for a good cause that will better people's lives. I have the ability to do it, so why shouldn't I?

Do you have any days or times that work better for you? Since I'm on leave from work for the moment my schedule is pretty open~

Any day in the mid-afternoon would be best. I usually spend my mornings wrapped up in business, so by the mid-afternoon I'm in a good place to start winding down again.

Sounds good! And really I don't need anything special for the office space, just a few comfortable chairs would be nice (in case we get a small group together)! If there's a fridge or a water fountain anywhere nearby that would be handy too, but I can bring things myself if that's a problem.

There's a kitchen on-site, but I can arrange to have something moved directly into the space itself if you think that would better facilitate things. The furnishings are also easy enough to take care of; most of the rooms were formerly offices, so they're already designed for accommodating visitors in meetings.

No you really don't have to go to any special trouble! I mean, the most I would need is maybe a mini-fridge, like for a university dorm room? just something for water to offer to visitors, but if you've got a kitchen already that should be fine :)
