So I'm sure there's plenty of moments where you guys have gone "what." at the hallucinomemories but bear with me for a sec here-

Anyone ever deal with something that when you looked it up just made barely any scrap of sense? Not even in the nonsense way, mind you. Like apparently I was called "Fafnir" in one of mine. As in (depending on where you take it from, shut up I had to look it up after finding out obviously) an asshole dragon or a giant. Either way, he gets smoked.

So running bet here is either:

1.) was the "other me" self-aware that he was a dick in some capacity?

or

2.) did he just pick the name out because it sounded cool?

Because if 1, then I can respect that; but if 2, then what the shit.

(David here just got his freebie regain in the form of remembering his mercenary codename, and in a sense of self-deprecation, I had to poke fun at myself for my choices. No regrets.)

I'm afraid that can't be written off as a possibility. The symbolism would be there.

Maybe. I depends on how deep it goes past just intimidating.

If there is a signifcance to the the word fafnir, are you sure you didn't see any signs of an actual dragon? e.g. wings scales fire

[Peter's at a bit of a loss, because how can you tell when you, yourself, are a dragon?]

[You know what he really didn't want a confirming answer to that, tangential as it may be.]

"Using it?" Like an arsonist?

I've never heard of any dragon doing that specifically.

Considering all of the associations that were being thrown around, that's almost reassuring.
