This is probably a long shot, but...
If someone on the app suddenly forgets about the app, or just all the weird things going on ... is there a way to make them, er, re-remember again?
Thanks. I'm sorry if this's been asked before.

I just don't want to bother people with questions they've heard a lot.

I forgot everything about Retrospec last month for nearly two weeks. Then it all just came rushing back. I couldn't believe I'd somehow forgotten, with everything that was going on...
Nobody reminded me of it though; I remembered it on my own.

[That's actually a relief. he thinks. it's complicated.]
So he could remember again on his own?

A couple of my friends and I were aware of all the weird things going on when we had it but when it disappeared off our phones, we suddenly forgot everything. Then when we got it back a few weeks later, we remembered everything again.

And I suppose it's not as easy as just re-downloading it on his phone.

I called him last night and it was like he forgot everything about it as well as the weird stuff going on.

a friend of mine says that people in his family used to have the app and then when they were taken off of it, they forgot everything. but then a lot of months went by and now she's back and remembers some of the weird stuff going on. but not much.
and a few weeks before i got the app i remember the monsters and stuff but without the app? nothing.
it kind of makes me wonder if there is a way we can try to recreate the app itself or something and see if that would work to jar people's memories of the thing.

That sounds like what everyone else has been saying too.
I don't know, maybe there is. I'm going to try stealing my brother's phone next time I see him. Maybe if I can get the app back on there somehow, he'll remember again.

I've been trying various things to no avail...

It sounds like people can remember again, but not by anything we can do.

I never met someone who had that happen though so I don't know how much it will work.

But it's my brother, so I still wanna try.

Yeah, it sounds like it's not common.
It's pretty disappointing, but I guess it was a long shot.

Someone told me there's a reason why, but they're waiting on getting that info too.

But of course if I hear anything, I'll let you know! I'm not having any luck though....
Where are they getting that info?
