Do you ever question what your past self was doing? I recently got a gun in the mail. I know what it's used for but still...

And it's going to be pretty awkward having a gun around the house too now.

Do you really think I can do that? I won't end up in jail or have to pay anything, do I?

But it is a handgun. Although, I suppose it could be 'other' since it's suppose to summon a being somehow.

No. Not at all! Other people have done it totally fine! No trouble or anything.

So. Okay I dont know about the summoning thing, I'll admit. But treat it like any other handgun. Cant carry it concealed in public without another permit. And there are classes at the Deadeye Shooting Range.

I'm sorry that this sort of burden has passed to someone else, too.

No, it's okay, I find it all useful information!

It's just that a lot of it is a bit overwhelming, I'm not even sure where to start! I suppose I'll have to go to the police and figure things out.

I'll help however you need it. As much as I'm trying to make sure everybody's following the law, if we can't get rid of these things, I'd rather know that everybody is safe.

I really do hope that whatever happens, things will turn out for the better. I must admit, I am getting a little worried.

It's got to get better than monsters. And as horrible as it was, we were able to help.

But that's less what you're worried about, isn't it? The stuff we don't have any control over?

And that I don't know what the future or past will hold for us too.

The best I've been able to offer people is a reminder of who they are, a grounding in the person you are now, instead of the one Retrospec is showing you. Even if there are aspects of what you're seeing that are appealing, I hope you don't lose sight of yourself, too.

No, I won't. There's just so much happening all at once, I'm not sure what to think or what to do really.

It's just scary.

A lot of us have just been taking it a day at a time. Do our jobs, go to school, talk to our friends. I wish there was a better answer, but it's helping people make it through. Retrospec can't stop us from living our lives.

That is true. We can't let it take over our lives and especially when we have our own futures to think about.

It's scary just not knowing what's going to happen.

The memories can make it more frightening, giving us hints but nothing solid. But I agree. We can only stay ready for so much. Can only stay on edge wondering what will happen next for so long.

So what do you do instead, personally? Are you in school?

I am! I'm in college right now so it'll give me more than enough time to not think about what's going on!

I'm not sure is that a good thing or not!

It's a good thing. You've got an area of your life to focus on, something that Retrospec can't touch. And RU's great, I went there for school, too.

What program, or are you still deciding?

Computer engineering! I'm afraid I'm still trying to figure out RU but I enjoy my major!

It's been quite the fun few weeks knowing the city and keeping up with my studies for better or for worse!
