I'm sure others have tried it on here so forgive me for asking again but... is there a way to permanently discard what we've been sent?
I tried to throw away some clothes but they keep returning. There's also something that was fixed perfectly when it should have remained shattered. (Though that, at least, was an accident.)

It may help to lay each memory you received out, one by one. Glean as many details out of them as you can. Though I appreciate that might not help definitively solve any mysteries.
