Um, hello again? I just wanted to let whoever wanted to know that trying to add the app to my brother's phone didn't work. It'd just delete itself every time I handed it back to him. So that's not good...but still, thank you to everyone who responded! It was really nice of you, I appreciated it a lot!

Haha, and I do have one other question, um...

Where should someone go to practice magic? It seems I got water and healing magic now, so is there a good place I can go to ... I don't know, learn witchcraft? Is that the right term? I really don't know.

[Elliot reaches the fountain a little bit after that, having to pause to catch his breath as he gets there. What he had a ways to go and he's not at all athletic.

But he looks around the fountain, there's still a few students milling around, but nowhere near as many as during lunch time.

But it makes him realize.....he has no idea which one is Dave. There was that picture on Dave's profile, but that was pretty small on his phone. So Dave might notice a really confused redhead clearly looking around for someone. ]

[ well the confused rehead is enough for him to wave. ]

Yo - Elliot?

That's his name!! He'll look, oh wait! Blond guy! Dave was blond in the picture wasn't he?]

Oh hi! Dave?

Yep, that's me. Me and my papercut? I can like, cut my hand open more if you want, really.

[ dave no. but he holds out his left hand. there is a papercut on one finger. tragic. ]

N-No no! Please don't do that!

[But okay time to do some healing! He'll take a deep breath and focus on that papercut as he gathers enough energy. It's a small injury, so it doesn't need a lot. A moment later, there's a flash of ~~blue~~ grey light - and a bunch of glowing water forms around Dave's hand, healing the papercut.

Then the water drops as it loses its magic and falls to the ground with a splash. Sorry Dave if he got you a little wet, he's still working on that part]

[ dave, now the wet version, blinks and then kind of laughs softly? he doesn't break poker face often ever, but he is fairly easily amused. ]

It's chill. I wonder if this water is like, safe to drink? Not like I'm gonna, but have you tried?

[He'll be taking off his backpack so he can pull out a towel for Dave. He's already had to change his clothes several times while practicing magic, so he know the drill.]

Oh, no. I haven't tried, so I don't know?

[YOU CAN, it just tastes...really bad. Like the fountain soda water at those places where no one's ever cleaned out the nozzles ever.]

but he accepts the towel and starts mostly drying off his hair, tbh. ]

But it's magic....

[But you know what? Sure. While Dave is drying himself off, Elliot will summon a small bit of water and cup his hands beneath it so he catches most of it. He'll bring his hands up to drink a little and-]

Blegh.

[Sticks out his tongue and makes a face as he opens his hands and let the rest of the water drop to the ground]

So...probably not a thing you should do unless you're trapped in a place with no fresh water?

[As he wipes his mouth] Y-Yeah...tasted bad.

[Oh please when will something that bad ever happen ag- oh right february]

D'you feel like you're gonna keel over or anything?

No...it's not that bad.

Okay, cool, because it would suck to be responsible for a murder? But...it does look like the paper cut is gone. It felt...like getting wet, mostly, but.

[He'll shake off the excess water on his hands]

Haha, that's something! Though I hope I can figure out a way to do this without getting people wet.

I mean, I can cut my hand and we can try again?

Do you usually use swords? [That's really specific dude]

Yeah, they're like my main weapon? What I'm allocated to use. So usually my injuries are sword-related, I guess, when I get them?

[....He's pretty sure the point of a sword was to cut other people but not themselves, but he's never wielded a sword in his life so what is arguing....]
