November 4, 2017 near VIEA VILLAGE

This is Iggy. He's five years old, and next week is the one year anniversary of the day I adopted him from the Recolle Animal Shelter. He's not a sociable dog, but he's a friend of mine. I just received a memory about him, or a dog that's similar to him. A Boston Terrier that I called "Iggy" had some sort of power undoubtedly similar to mine, and I saw him take down another man. This makes we wonder: do you our pets could gain superpowers if they have a counterpart in the other worlds?

If you've been training him, that likely would be the simplest answer...

I suppose that does mean you'd have to wait until he started showing signs of his former abilities, then, to really be able to say for sure.

Yes, exactly. It just means that I'm not sure how they would even invite him to be part of the Retrospec community.

I'd certainly imagine that animals would count under the soul definition for most people, but with Retrospec, I can't say for sure. They seem to have a very unique approach toward matters, to say the least.
