Well. Unless someone else has gotten an entire house from Retrospec, I rather think I win. In bragging rights, if nothing else.
Rosalind Lutece shared a photo.
11/10 near Viea Village
[There's a pause, and then Rosalind adds a few photos: these ones, specifically, that I'll link so I don't spam yall. also ETA: there's no wires or pipes and certainly no giant machine in the midst of all this; it's just an ordinary house. ...with a giant hole in the second floor.]
That being said: points off for the giant gaping hole in the second floor.

In Viea Village, not too far from the farmer's market. Lovely view.

First they make money, now buildings disappear and reappear out of nowhere...
Hopefully all your paperwork is in order.
[ His precious business...!! ]
Have you figured out where the hole came from?
Is it something from your memories?

[That's . . . a bit of a lie, honestly.]
Still: it was likely worth it.

If your house can survive with a huge hole in it, that probably says something about how well it was built at least.
And if it's only one hole that probably means it was just one experiment.
So hopefully it was worth it.
Or, you know, the second attempt didn't end with a huge hole in the floor.

When you've time, Kiryu, I'd appreciate your assistance in a few matters. There's a worrying lack of papers attached here, and I'd like someone who knows more about these things to take a look around and offer some advice.

I can come and have a look later this week.
We should be able to write up whatever's missing.
Assuming the way things work on Retrospec, the papers should exist somewhere.
