Well, secret santa you draw names and you have to get a gift for a specific person, only you don't put your name on it so they don't know who gave it to them. They try to guess who it's from and if they don't you can tell them at the end.

White elephant, you bring something funny or something awesome, but not personalized. All the presents get piled in the middle and people take turns picking a present from the pile. Or you could take a 'steal' that's already been opened. Makes for some good natured fighting.
