I mean, no one's specifically coming to mind right now, but I'm pretty sure it's possible for someone to have gray eyes. Like in Anne of Green Gables.

That's true but L. M. Montgomery wrote realistic fiction! She knew people had put their trust in her, so I'm sure she wouldn't put a fake eye color in there!
