Hello! First of all, Maurice would like me to tell you all that he's locking anyone who messes about with putting dangerous things in the mailbox to send to him which don't belong for at least a week (please don't send him dangerous things!!!!) and would like me to remind you it's for things you got sent only, please! Secondly, we've managed to fix one of the colors entirely, although one is still on the fritz. We'll keep working on it! By the way, is anyone going to do secret Santa games? I always like those, although I've only ever done them with other employees. Last year I got Ronnie. He's soooo hard to shop for but I think he liked the cane I got him? And Mr. Baroque got me! It's what teenagers do all the time. Parents say one thing, do the exact opposite. Testing boundaries, just being a brat, whatever you want to call it.

Maybe not with banks but you get the idea. They say to come back at a certain time,
you end up out later. Don't mess with the mailbox, you're gonna mess with the mailbox.

I mean, there are always people who just want to be contrary, but . . . it's not like everybody would have left it alone if they hadn't said anything one way or the other, is it? And if no one had ever said "Don't tamper with the mailbox," but then the people who tried it ended up getting locked out, or moved to a lion enclosure, etc., then everyone would be complaining that it was unfair since no one told them they weren't supposed to.
So for liability purposes, I think they had no choice but to warn people not to mess with it.

Liability ain't gonna stop the curiosity and defiance people have in being annoyed with these guys.

I heard they were!
But I didn't personally see it happen, or hear about it firsthand, so I guess I'm just spreading rumors.

Is it just from kicking the mailbox? Not like actually tampering with it or whatever?
