Characters who have been in game for one month will find they can now change their profile pictures; newcomers are locked into their first choice. Upon opening this entry at all, characters will find themselves spammed with notifications and strange glitched texts until they make some sort of suggestion for a new application feature on the Retrospec app. This can range from a personalized friends list to a watermelon image gallery to a watergun charging station. It doesn't have to make sense or be useful - it just has to be a suggestion, at which point the application will return to normal.

It wasn't very good. But it certainly increased Facebook's stock. You could even say it started the freeware exodus.

it was good enough to sucker my folks into it. that was a painful few months, let me tell you. not sure if we should be thanking or damning the thing, pioneering or not.

just imagine retrospect and its unstoppable notifs, partnered with farmville 2.0. wouldn't that be great?

We never had a computer, so I think I had a trade off there. No internet access, but my parents missed all the social media crazes.

I'm not saying it's ideal! Just that it would be good for whatever developer made this app. It'd be quite awful, actually. :(
