The first milestone for the second of the colors lost has been met, and accordingly we have diverted resources to fix what could be fixed. R&D has alerted me that a bigger loss may occur in the near future, and I would advise you to be careful, though I am afraid neither they nor I can be much more detailed than that. Considering this app and what people claim to have seen in their 'memories,' it seemed a better idea to ask than assume.

both dr. trevelyan and myself chose to step forward and declare ourselves so that the people using this app wouldn't have to use the internet to diagnose themselves. we're trustworthy, but if you don't believe me, i invite you to come to the hospital and visit my office for yourself.
