But what he wanted to say it is possible to program such features, so they do not necessarily need to personally monitor everyone. Anyway, the point is there, and they're enough to give warnings. ]

I believe there is a reason for everything. Eventually, I am certain the truth will come to light... Whether or not it was brought forward by the mastermind, or one of us here.

If this is all according to their plan, yes. But it is also possible everything was a grave mistake, and they are either choosing to just run away, or perhaps they are trying to come up with a solution to minimize charges against them.
