As a reminder, everything besides uploading a profile picture and information was locked until this post. Usernames are the character's full real AU names, not aliases or chosen nicknames or usernames, and seemed to have filled themselves in; nothing characters do can change or obscure their names currently. Oddly, profile pictures still cannot be swapped out at this time, so hopefully you took a good one. This post is an overflow from the original post here. I'm only using it for a little while. You can't exactly blame me for being curious about what's going on, right?

I'm not planning to keep using it. I don't really like social media that much anyway.

I'm the same way - I'm very curious about what this represents and why I'm part of it. But I'll keep using it, because perhaps I'll get an answer to those questions in the process. I'm not terribly interested in social media a whole lot myself, but there's no time like the present, right? When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.

And if the answer turns out to simply be "the software glitched and we didn't fix it"? Will you still use it?

Then maybe I'll be attached to it by then. Or I'll just abandon it and switch back to Twitter. I don't know, I haven't really thought about it yet.

...I feel a little bad. I have a twitter and barely even use it. Even if it's not my thing, it's a little sad, an account just gathering up dust.

Mm, we'll have to see. Although I understand on the Twitter thing - I mostly use it when we're shooting something, or when I have a release coming... come to think, I need to start pushing that DVD soon. Still, it's helpful enough. Heaven forbid I have to keep a Facebook Page up to date. That's far too much effort.

Mm, I have a movie coming out in two weeks. "At the End of a Song," it's called. I don't have a huge part in it, but... I'm still excited. It's one thing to watch the reels, but it's another to know thousands of people are popping it into a player and watching it on TV. I can hardly contain my excitement!

[Isn't there a promotional poster for that in the local video store? Along with posters Alicia may or may not have been in? there was definitely exactly one, she has a copy]
